Fuyao University of Science and Technology (FYUST) is a private, non-profit, full-time institution of higher education. It was initially established through the generous donation of Mr. Cao Tak Wong, a globally renowned entrepreneur, who contributed 10 billion Yuan via the Heren Charitable Foundation, with the support of the Fuzhou Municipal People's Government. The university is located in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, covering a land area of 857,300 square meters and a total construction area of 858,200 square meters.
